About Chêne de l'est

Founded in 1960 in eastern France, Chêne de l'est is a family-owned manufacturer specialising in solid and engineered oak parquet flooring. From the tree to the finished floor, every stage of the manufacturing process is carried out within our own facilities. This fully integrated production ensures complete traceability, consistent quality and a high level of craftsmanship.
Combining traditional expertise in wood ageing and finishingwith advanced manufacturing techniques, Chêne de l'Est offers a wide range of parquet flooring solutions.
Our collections include Chêne Vieux de France®, Plancher d'autrefois®, Loft®, Plancher des îles®, Sawn Oak and Structured Oak, as well as classic finishes such as brushed lacquered, brushed oiled, lacquered and oiled.

Thanks to our production and finishing sites, we provide a comprehensive range of solid and engineered parquet flooring suitable for projects ranging from renovation to high-end developments. Our products are used in private residences, commercial projects and luxury hospitality environments.

Chêne de l’est is also committed to a responsible and sustainable approach. We primarily use locally sourced timber from forests located within approximately 150 km of our production facilities. Our wood is PEFC-certified and comes from sustainably managed forests.

Our parquet flooring is manufactured in accordance with French standards and meets the highest performance requirements.
It is certified A+ for indoor air emissions, Real Wood, QNG - Sustainable Building Quality Seal (Qualitätssiegel Nachhaltiges Gebäude) and complies with CE standards.

Main manufacturing site
Surrounded by forests, we process timber from logs through to blocks, strips and sawn timber, right through to finished parquet flooring. We mainly saw oak, with a capacity of 1,000 m³ in pre-drying kilns and 800 m³ in drying kilns. We have two solid parquet production lines
